Hi Chris, I tried without success to reproduce the issue building the package in a Docker container based on the debian:stretch image available from hub.docker.com with the addition of the build dependencies and a couple of tools installed with apt.
To me it looks like the issue is triggered by something specific to the configuration of your Docker container. To enable us to reproduce the issue, would you be able to share a simple Dockerfile to build a Docker image in which the problem appears? Thank you, -- Florian
