Blacklist dvtm and dvtm-256color terminfo entries
They are already shipped in the dvtm package. While it would be
desirable to take the files over in ncurses-term, this requires
consent from the dvtm maintainer who is currently unavailable as per
https://www.debian.org/News/2017/20170417.
