The 0.0.9-5 package should contain the complete changelog from the
versions in experimental.
There is no need to mention this bug in the 0.0.9-5 changelog,
the BTS knows that the bug was fixed in 0.0.9-2 and will see
that version 0.0.9-2 is part of the changelog of 0.0.9-5.
