Control: found -1 6.1.23~dfsg-2+deb8u1 I've experienced this on jessie as well when upgrading from 6.1.23~dfsg-2 to 6.1.23~dfsg-2+deb8u1 for the 8.7 point release.
The listmaster directive in /etc/sympa/sympa.conf got clobbered, locking me out of my own server until I tracked this down.
