Hello,

I've got a setup very similar to Pierre's, namely 2.6.14-grsec + IPv6.
It seems that no matter what I use as allow-host directives in
gkrellmd.conf, anyone can connect to gkrellmd remotely.

I have tried :

        allow-host 10.0.0.1
        allow-host localhost
        allow-host 127.0.0.1
        allow-host ::ffff:127.0.0.1

individually and in combinations. I have also tried "gkrellmd -c -a
127.0.0.1" and the like. I have always been able to connect to the
daemon over ipv4 from a machine that is nowhere near.
Perhaps if gkrellmd would bind to a specific interface, it would solve
the problem in a much more efficient way.

Regards,
Romain Riviere
