ok, I reinstalled to deb 9.1 hoping that boot process will be smoother, but I was wrong, the problem still exist, but I loaded modules for grub manually and now I can pull any logs you may need from debian 9.1

I’m saying you can manually add a boot entry if the installer doing it fails. That way you’ll be able to boot into stretch and help debug.

Oh, sorry, I just didn't see there are more recipients.

Well, If I understand correctly, you are saying to add boot entry manually in bios, but its there already ("debian (hdd details)"), and when I enter into, I am in grub without any entries, only cli of grub, so it seems I should load/configure grub manually (somehow).

It depends on your email client, but typically there is a
    reply-to-all option.

You could try installing stretch (I assume that was your goal)
and then manually adding a boot entry from your system’s BIOS
setup. As is the typical warning in this sort of scenario, please
make sure you have backups of your data.

How did I managed to drop bug tracker? Please explane

How can I install packages from stretch into jessie? or if I'll
try to install stretch to parallel disk how can i get debug info
besides those logs I have sent already?

Since it seems like you’re actually running Jessie right now,
could you install the versions of efibootmgr and libefivar
from stretch to reproduce (or otherwise provide me debug
information from those versions of those packages)? I don’t
have your motherboard so can’t reproduce myself.

Reportbug was run on Jessie and efibootmgr's log was from
jessie as well, but files attached in previews email were
from stretch installation, all logs were from the same
hardware. So now its running Jessie and I could provide logs
        related hardware useing Jessie.
