Package: r-cran-hdf5
Severity: serious
Tags: patch
Justification: Policy 2.2.1

The current r-cran-hdf5 package depends on hdf5 1.6.2, which has been
replaced by hdf5 1.6.4. It needs a rebuild to pick up the new libraries
so that hdf5 can go into testing.  No source changes should be required;
a new upload to force a rebuild should be sufficient.

Please try to do this soon, since the hdf5 (and mpich and lam)
transition has become fairly complex. Thank you!
