The first is provided by GitHub where the actual development happens. But upstream (from the project homepage[1]) distributes the generated tarballs (see the Download link at the top) from SourceForge[2]. The latter is the one I use. Sure, it doesn't have gennmtab.c but the generated nametab.h file. Do you need to re-generate / modify it for some reason?
