In order to make this move, all packages directly or indirectly depending on the Qt4 libraries have to either get ported to Qt5 or eventually get removed from the Debian repositories.
This package can be removed when Qt4 is, see: #784181 -- razorqt: Razor-Qt dead upstream, superseded by LXQt (copying the bug report, keeping them separate at the moment) -- Manuel A. Fernandez Montecelo <manuel.montez...@gmail.com>
