Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files.

Breaks+Replaces is *NOT* the correct solution in this case if
functionalities are different.

Since the two packages seem to be unrelated, and libodb-api-bin is
the newer one, it will have to rename its binary.
