There is an ugly piece of code fixing that that was lost in https://anonscm.debian.org/git/pkg-dns/bind9.git/commit/?id=3e1f232b9781bd15ae49369c10c4e96d89a0e734 . I've readded it, looks okay now. This needs to be cleaned up eventually, but we should reach a version that builds and does not break other builds first. Bernhard
