Hi,

The libgnome-keyring library is deprecated and its usage is strongly
discouraged [1].

Your package mate-power-manager declares a build-dependency on
libgnome-keyring-dev or links against libgnome-keyring0.

Please update your application to use libsecret instead [2].
Such a port should ideally happen with upstream being involved.

On behalf of the Debian GNOME team,
Michael Biebl

If this bug endangers the MATE desktop to have an important component removed from testing, I'll consider dropping the severity of this issue back to important (while keeping it in mind as an RC bug).

Please note that a fix is not yet being worked on on the MATE upstream side and I expect a fix for this with MATE 1.20 at the earliest.

Greets,
Mike
