This is caused by:
healpix-cxx (3.30.0-7) unstable; urgency=medium

The tests do finish, but on the non-FPU armel port hpxtest needs
longer than 150 minutes.
The timeout is for 150 minutes without console output,
making the build succeed with the serial harness that
outputs during the hpxtest run.
