Justification: renders package unusable

Dear all,

although the man page of qt5ct proudly states:

reality is that it simply doesn't start, but shows a warning dialog with
The QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME environment variable is not set correctly
and that's it.

No it is not a bug. qt5ct depends on environment variables properly set up
since desktop start (if I remember correctly there is a script for that
installed upon installation). So you basically need to restart your whole
environment after installing it if you want to use it.

I'm so closing this bug.

All of us have bad luck and good luck. The man who persists through
the bad luck - who keeps right on going - is the man who is there
when the good luck comes - and is ready to receive it.
