$ sudo apt-get install linux-image-4.9.0-3-amd64

$ sudo apt-get remove linux-image-4.9.0-4-amd64

I'm using this express-made address because personal addresses aren't
masked enough at this mail public archive. Public archive administrator
should fix this against automated addresses collectors.
