Hi,

the missing binary packages are due to missing builds on armel and
armhf. As long as the package does not build on those architectures, the
flightgear package as a whole will not migrate to testing (buster).

This bug won't help with this, so I'm closing it. Feel free to help with
the FTBFS bugs on armel and armhf:
