Bug#894371: gdcm FTBFS with openjdk-9

As a workaround to let the poppler transition complete in raspbian I whipped up 
a version of the package that forces openjdk-8.

A debdiff should appear soon at https://debdiffs.raspbian.org/main/g/gdcm/

No intent to NMU in Debian.
