Bug#359996: after upgrade, eyeD3 no longer works at all

That was the problem; python2.3-eyed3 was at 0.6.8, while eyed3 and 
python-eyed3 had been upgraded to 0.6.10.  Upgrading fixed the problem.

I guess setting the dependencies to enforce all 3 packages at the same 
version would fix that?
