Package: libadios-dev
Version: 1.11.0-1+b1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
the file `adios_config` added in the Debian packages contains a typo in line
"83" reading:
if [ "$OPT_SEQ" == "yes" ]; then
CFLAGS=`pkg-config adiso --variable ADIOS_SEQ_INC`
else
CFLAGS=`pkg-config adios --variable ADIOS_INC`
fi
The first branch of the if should read `adios` as well, not `adiso`.
This typo makes the tool `adios_config` not usable for downstream developers
which call it.
Also, the script `adios_config` depends on `pkg-config` so `pkg-config` should
be a dependency for `libadios-dev`.
Best regards and thanks for your great support with packaging ADIOS!
Axel
