This package uses symbols from libgsl23 >= 2.5, but that isn't reflected in the package dependencies because of #902623 (libgsl23 missing shlibs information). Once that bug is fixed, libmath-gsl-perl needs a rebuild so that the package dependencies get updated. A binNMU should be enough but we might as well make a sourceful one and declare a build dependency on fixed gsl versions.
