Package: wengophone

Hi,
There are some license issues with wengophone:
- the libs/ directory (and some other) contains many libraries whose licenses
are not the GPL and are not mentionned in the copyright file,
- it contains some files from openssl whose license is not compatible
with the GPL (I don't really know if they are really used though),
- some files don't have an explicit licence (for example wifo/trunk/netlib/),
- the eXosip sources included contains some files from the iLBC codec
which is not free:

There might be some other problems I only checked very quickly.
