Dear Maintainer,

Looks like wcc fails to build from source:

cc -Wdate-time -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -W -Wall -Wno-discarded-qualifiers
-Wno-int-conversion -Wno-unused-parameter -Wno-unused-function

-DPACKAGE -DPACKAGE_VERSION -masm=intel -rdynamic -D_fORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -O2 wcc.c
-o wcc -lbfd -lelf -lcapstone

source. I don't know what was Sylvestre's initial problem but it has been
fixed by later binutils updates apparently.
