Package: manpages-fr-extra Version: 20151231 Followup-For: Bug #871563 I agree, I just wanted to check a diff(1) option, and it wasn't listed in the manpage, leading me to assume diff(1) didn't have it. Next, a search on the Internet showed that diff(1) did indeed have this option, making me wonder whether Debian's diff(1) was different. `diff --help` showed it was just the manpage, so did a subsequent `man -LC diff`.
This is confusing and counter-productive for the user. Please either update this package to provide accurate translations, or drop it to force accurate English on users instead of allowing inaccurate French.
