The most important question would be whether it builds on the buildds,
but there has never been a source-only upload of kwalify.

test_require_build_1st_kwalify_0_7_2_pc_proper_string_split_patch_test_test_validator_rb
has the name of debian/patches/proper_string_split.patch included.

I can reproduce the problem in a chroot, but I know nothing about ruby.
