libiptcdata.pc is now shipped in literally
/usr/lib/${DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH}/pkgconfig. That is semantically
equivalent to it being absent. Consequently, the autopkgtest for
tracker-miners fails. tracker-miners also fails to build from source.
If you want to use such an expansion in libiptcdata0-dev.install, you
must Build-Depends: dh-exec, add a #! line and make the file executable.
It might be easiert to just add
--libdir=\$${prefix}/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH) to
DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS though.
