If you want, you can investigate why the build tests seem to hang with postgresql 11. You can check whether glom works with postgresql 11. And you can report any issues to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glom/issues (I don't know if @murrayc is watching that yet so you may want to CC him there just to be sure he sees issues or merge requests you send.)
