Hello Tim, I reopened the bug because the problem is still present in the latest uploaded version. Also your upstream changelog does not mention changes that seem related to this problem.
I have tried inflicting damage on a target that was standing right in
front to me motion-less with the Shockwave, nothing happened. But
opponent was able to kill me without a problem.
