Hi,

as Philipp Kern already noticed, your libpq3 version is one from
Sid/Etch, not from Sarge, and these newer versions conflict to
postgresql-client << 7.5 (which is why they can't be installed
together).

So, please either use the Sarge packages, or completely use a Sarge
backport, like 

  deb http://people.debian.org/~mpitt/packages/sarge-backports

(which provides all new PostgreSQL packages (and only PostgreSQL) for
Sarge.
