gconf's last release was about 5 years ago. It has been replaced by
dconf / gsettings. gconfmm is the C++ port of gconf.

gconfmm2.6 has only a handful of reverse dependencies with low
popularity. We shouldn't release gconfmm2.6 with Debian 10 "Buster".
