Dear Maintainer,
When installing context with texlive-binaries=2018.20181104.49075-1 the
context.postinst task `luatools --make cont-en` fails to complete correctly
making package installation hang indefinitely:
$ luatools --make cont-en
Seems an incompatible change in luatex caused the problem (see #913586).
I mark #913636 as blocked by #913586. I tend not to merge them as I'm
afraid other people would again blame context although the fault is in
luatex.
