Since the upload of 0.9.5+dfsg-1 to unstable, r-cran-taxize has been
failing its own autopkgtests [1] with the following error:

Error in library("vcr") : there is no package called 'vcr'

Execution halted
This appears to be a missing test dependency on r-cran-vcr, however a
similar error occurred in r-cran-natserv (#921211) and perhaps the
solution is for r-cran-natserv to depend on r-cran-vcr.
