Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package failed to install
because it tries to overwrite other packages files.
From the attached log (scroll to the bottom...):

Errors were encountered

Same conflict with libv8-3.14-dev.
From the synopsis of the packages I don't think that libv8 and libcxx-serial
are related ...
