Control: retitle -2 gandi-cli: Show ‘dh_python3’ where to find install

The workaround is to explicitly declare the package dependencies,
because ‘dh_python3’ fails to do so.

A better solution is to have ‘dh_python3’ correctly find the package
install requirements list, as built by Setuptools.

With release “1.4-1” the declared dependencies are:

Depends: python3-setuptools, python3-yaml, python3-click, python3-requests,
python3-ipy, python3
