Please note that this is a completely different error message, than for
our "bug collection". Therefore I tend to say that we look at a new
issue, which is independent of the old one. I re-tag patch and would
like to investigate. Please open a new issue for this!!
The official caffe package builds fine, see [1]. Therefore I suspect
that you use a different source package. Please provide the source
package anywhere so we can reproduce/investigate the issue.
