Actually, a Breaks is not needed since these packages do need to migrate together, python-xarray can migrate before netcdf4-python and as per its excuses [1], the only blocker here is: Not built on buildd: arch all binaries uploaded by mckinstry So python-xarray needs a source-only upload before it can migrate.
