Package: r-bioc-metagenomeseq
Severity: grave
Tags: upstream
Justification: renders package unusable

Hi,

we can not upgrade r-bioc-metagenomeseq to the new upstream version
since it got a new dependency from a non-free package. We are sorting
this out with upstream but this might take time. All other r-bioc
packages are depending from the virtual package r-api-bioc-3.9 while
r-bioc-metagenomeseq 1.24.1-1 depends r-api-bioc-3.8. So there is a
conflicting dependency.

Kind regards

      Andreas.
