Package: inform-mode Version: 1.5.8-4 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
Whenever I attempt to type a right bracket -- a rather important operation in inform, as it ends a function -- I get: Symbol's value as variable is void: last-command-char According to https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18336117/void-variable-last-command-char-error-when-i-use-semantic-to-locate-symbol, in Emacs 24.3, it was removed and renamed to last-command-event. I suspect this is also addressed in the newer releases of inform-mode, as mentioned in #673376. - John -- System Information: Debian Release: 10.1 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-6-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_WARN, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages inform-mode depends on: ii emacsen-common 3.0.4 inform-mode recommends no packages. inform-mode suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
