Sometimes I wish we could postpone that kind of bug reports as they are 
unavoidable during transitions. I've noticed the problem when 
"golang-github-hashicorp-go-retryablehttp" did not migrate and I had changes 
ready for upload but held by pending NEW package.

Fix is already on its way.
