Hi Maintainer

Both watson 1.6.0-6 in bullseye and 1.7.0-5 in sid FTBFS [1].
The upload to sid did not migrate to testing [2].  Please do
source-only uploads, unless there are NEW binaries.

Not built on buildd: arch all binaries uploaded by hpfn, a new
source-only upload is needed to allow migration

I've copied what I hope are the relevant parts of the logs below.
