The removal happened while opencpn was in NEW, so it's never built since being accepted, hence the grace severity - as-is this package is not usable by anyone simply because there's no build of it to install! As well as updating libwxgtk3.0-dev to libwxgtk3.0-gtk3-dev, the B-D on libgtk2.0-dev will need updating to libgtk-3-dev. I suspect libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev will too.
