Hi. I had tried the patch published in this bug report, but this fix doesnt fix the issue on debian testing. The initramfs update process still emits warnings about missing file for depmod. The system is almost unmodified and running in virtualization Virtuabox Host system is debian stable.
I dont think using a package from other releasse, especially from debian unstable is a good idea. Other issue with this approach is that it can have dependency on packages from unstable. Is there any estimation on fixing this issue. Thank You
