Dear maintainer, sciscipy appears not to be under current upstream development and porting to Python 3 has not started. This is perhaps unlikely to be completed for a low popcon package where upstream is not driving the process.
If python3-sciscipy is not likely to be ready for release with bullseye, is it then a candidate for removal from Debian now?
