Dear Sergey,

It seems that on Debian 10.3, monit is now available without any issue...because

ansible@srv-mmonit-110:~$ dpkg -l |grep monit
ansible@srv-mmonit-110:~$ cat /etc/debian_version

I have taken into account your recommendation regarding the backports package.

Now, my preferences are :

ansible@srv-mmonit-110:~$ grep P /etc/apt/preferences.d/preferences_debian_v_10_buster.pref |grep -v "#"

I don't understand why i install the stretch release, (because pining!),
but for my point of view, the problem is solved !
