I was tracking the progress of zshdb on Debian (which of course I use).

Some things to note. zshdb no longer uses GNU emacs. The GNU emacs
interface which includes things other than zshdb is now its own thing in
ELPA <https://elpa.gnu.org/packages/realgud.html>. (And likewise for MELPA
if you prefer that).

Also, I see there is a Python3 dependency, but that is optional to support
syntax highlighting via Pygments. So if Python3 is a dependency, then so
should Python Pygments.
