As I can see, lablgtk2 should be repaired soon:

My understanding is that geneweb-gui does not depend on the problematic
component (gtksourceview2) of lablgtk2.
So I propose to wait for this fix. Then, I might need your help if there
are some manual operations to do in order to bring back geneweb in testing.
As I can also see, this bug (953367) is now tagged as an "issues preventing
migration", which was not my intent.
