hypercorn build-depends on python3-uvloop which is not available in testing due to https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=950165 . Either uvloop needs to be fixed, hypercorn needs to be modified to not build-depend on uvloop or hypercorn needs to be removed from testing too.
It’s not a bug in hypercorn, it doesn’t need to be filed here. The package will be removed from testing at some point anyway.
