… but that does not qualify as a FTBFS bug with severity serious. The
package correctly declares the required dependencies and does not fail
to build. If the pbuilder way of building packages does not honor
Build-Dependencies when running clean, then please discuss this issue
with the pbuilder maintainers.

Replacing python3-sphinx and dh --with sphinxdoc with
dh-sequence-sphinxdoc is a whishlist bug at best. Note that patch 0001
actually drops the use of dh_sphinxdoc.

In any case, there is a bug here to fix: libsrt-doc is empty and useless.
