(note on versioning, this failure was seen with 1.1 I strongly suspect this
also affects -1, however -1 is currently unbuildable in testing due to a
missing build-dependency. The history on the reproducible builds site shows
failures on armhf for -1 but I don't think it has logs available for them).
mydumper is failing to build on armel, armhf, mips and mipsel (and a bunch of
non-release errors) with the following error.
