Package: cpufreqd Version: 2.0.0-1 Severity: serious Hi!
My cpufreqd init script hangs indefinitely when stopping. I have to press the enter key to make it continue, also that doesn't stop the daemon. I consider this serious as remote reboot is not possible anymore. And the shutdown process has to be attended. Best wishes Norbert PS: It might be of interest (although I don't believe) that I run linux kernel w.6.17-rc5-mm3 or rc5-mm2. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (10, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17-rc5-mm2 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages cpufreqd depends on: ii debconf [debconf-2.0] 1.5.1 Debian configuration management sy ii libc6 2.3.6-13 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libcpufreq0 002-1 shared library to deal with the cp ii libsensors3 1:2.10.0-7 library to read temperature/voltag ii lsb-base 3.1-6 Linux Standard Base 3.1 init scrip cpufreqd recommends no packages. -- debconf information: cpufreqd/no_procfs_sysfs: cpufreqd/no_pm: -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
