The error simply seems to be that mosolov-sector-P2-Bi-0-5-n-1-cut-bisector.eps is not built in an arch-dependent build, but docs are still built and the error is triggered trying to delete the image file which has not been created. The failure apparently only occurs on arch-dependent (arch:any) builds.
